Z-FIT offers a continuously progressive training program that begins with basic foundation-building routines and gradually advances to very advanced training routines designed for a wide range of individuals. Therefore, it truly doesn't matter if you are fit, unfit, male, female, young, or old; everyone is welcome. Every participant starts off at the same point, learning and mastering the fundamental lifts essential for their fitness journey. As a result, depending on individual experience and skill levels, some participants may progress faster than others, while some will progress at their own comfortable pace, ensuring that everyone can find success in their training.

 

Open Training

Train on your own time and at your own pace. With an open training format, there are no set class times, which means you can avoid the added stress of trying to make it to your workout session on time. Life happens to everyone, and it can be stressful enough without the pressure of fitting into a rigid schedule. Many individuals prefer to workout together, so you will still have the opportunity to link up with others around common workout times that suit everyone’s availability. Each workout is tailored to be completed based on your personal fitness level. For instance, beginners may find that they cannot last a full hour, while stronger individuals might need more time to gradually ramp up to their desired workout weights and intensity. This freestyle training format is notably innovative compared to the conventional commercial fitness training models, allowing you to truly focus on and enjoy your training experience to the fullest.

Beginner

$120/month (2 / week)

With this monthly plan, you will get training sessions twice a week for a month, arranged at your convenience. It is best to space them out for better recovery. This is a great option for beginners to improve their fitness.

Intermediate

$150/month (3 / week)

Our most popular plan offers a total of three training sessions each week for an entire month, all conveniently scheduled at your preference and availability. This well-structured plan works best when sessions are held every other day, allowing participants to focus effectively on strength training while also providing adequate recovery time.

Advanced

$200/month (unlimited)

For those individuals who find themselves needing to engage in physical activity everyday and who also live in close proximity, this training plan is for you. You will receive three structured training sessions throughout the week, but in addition to that, you can also have everyday access to various resources where you can focus on improving conditioning, enhancing mobility, practicing newly acquired skills, or addressing any active recovery needs.

1 on 1 Training

$45/Hour

If you require personalized training sessions because of mobility challenges or if you wish to prepare thoroughly for a specific sport or upcoming event, this option might be a perfect fit for you. While open training sessions can achieve many of those benefits, some individuals find that they prefer the focused attention that one-on-one sessions provide. It is important to understand, however, that choosing this option does not equate to a completely private session; other gym members will still be able to work out concurrently in the same space.

Drop - In

$20 day pass

For experienced gym-goers who may not have a regular workout schedule or just happen to be in the area and want to get a great workout in, pop-in for the day & smash it out. You can either join the workout of the day or do your own thing.
