"BE BALANCED BE FLEXIBLE BE STRONG BE POWERFUL”

We all live on this planet, and as we navigate through it, there are two unchanging elements we must acknowledge: time and gravity. These forces are inescapable; the best we can do is learn to adapt to them. Interestingly, as we age, it often feels as though time accelerates and gravity becomes increasingly burdensome. Being unfit and unhealthy will significantly amplify the weighty effects that gravity has on our bodies, as well as impact how we move and our ability to move various objects. Additionally, it will definitely contribute to hastening your existence on this planet, potentially leading to various health complications and a decreased quality of life over time. It is crucial not to fall into the trap of the common lifestyles that exercise is only for when one is younger. In reality, maintaining an active lifestyle is even more important for older individuals. Physical fitness should be embraced throughout the entirety of your life, enabling you to fully experience and enjoy every moment. Be careful about sticking to traditional workout routines that are solely designed for appearance enhancement or merely for burning calories. These types of routines may not adequately prepare you to handle real-life challenges that are related to gravity and strength in practical situations. Therefore, it is important to dedicate time to exercises that closely reflect everyday movements; this focus is vital for effectively managing the distinct physical challenges that arise in daily life. By prioritizing physical fitness and focusing on training in ways that foster Real World Movements, you can undeniably slow down the aging process and mitigate the physical strain that gravity imposes. The following list will primarily outline the significance of pursuing a healthy lifestyle for longevity, rather than focusing solely on aesthetics or burning calories. While those are worthwhile pursuits, the ultimate objective should be to work out in a way that allows you to live life well throughout all its stages.
